Denver's Premier International Wine Festival will increase its
focus on premium wine, cuisine, travel and education!

to announce the dates for the 4th annual Denver International Wine
Festival (DIWF):

What's New?
This year, we will have approximately 30 "Apprentices",
HRTM students working with us to produce the DIWF. They will be
earning grades for a special DIWF event planning class.
The DIWF will continue in its second year as a "green"
wine festival. All empty bottles will be diverted from a landfill
and transformed into beautiful glassware by The Green Glass
Company of Wisconsin.

into an agreement with Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts
& Spas to produce an annual International Wine
& Cuisine Festival at three Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo San
Lucas, Mexico. Located at the tip of Mexico’s 1,000-mile
long Baja California peninsula, and just a short flight from most
U.S. international airports, Cabo San Lucas offers a perfect combination
of warm, balmy weather, a wealth of outdoor activities, and spectacular
scenery, creating the perfect tropical location for hosting this
exciting new event.
The four-day
2008 Cabo San Lucas International Wine Festival,
to be held January 16-19 at Pueblo Bonito's Pacifica,
Sunset Beach, and Rose Resorts, will feature a welcome reception,
six educational seminars, guided-tastings of limited release wines,
mixology lessons, cooking demonstrations, a Wines of Mexico Grand
Buffet & Tasting and a Grand Tasting of International Wines.
In addition, participating vintners will host optional "Vintners’
Wine Pairing Dinners" at Pueblo Bonito's fine dinning
restaurants.

Rates: Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts & Spas is offering a
special four to seven day resort package for festival attendees,
from $255 per night, double occupancy. Beyond aesthetic beauty and
spacious suites, guests of Pueblo Bonito are lavished with incredible

Introducing Travel, Wine and Cuisine Radio
Show
Denver, Colorado (February 2007)
Wine Country
Network, Inc., announced that it will launch a new multi-media radio
brand called Travel, Wine & Cuisine. The show
will debut on Sunday February 18, 2006, at 8:30AM in Denver on ESPN
Radio 1600 AM. It will also be Podcasted on Apple iTunes
and will be available by “free” subscription. The producers
have plans to syndicate the show nationally in the fall of 2007.
Travel,
Wine & Cuisine is dedicated to providing valuable inside
information for increasing enjoyment of luxury travel, great wine
and culinary delights. Every show will feature “live”
interviews with travel experts, tourism boards, travel photographers,
winemakers & proprietors, restaurateurs, celebrity chefs and
cook book authors. Produced with a global perspective, the show’s
slogan is “Live Life to The Fullest!”
The show’s
Broadcast Host, Christopher Davies is no stranger
to the radio waves. As CEO and Co-Founder of Wine Country
Network, publisher of Wine Country International®
Magazine and the producers of The Denver International
Wine Festival, Davies has been a frequent guest on radio
and television shows. In 2006, he also co-hosted the nationally
broadcast weekly radio show “America’s Dining and Travel
Guide” on Business Talk Radio Network.
Co-host
Darcy Davies is President and Co-Founder of Wine
Country Network. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree
from the Minneapolis School of Design. Darcy currently oversees
all aspects of design for Wine Country International Magazine
and the Wine Country Network. As Chief Art Director,
Darcy travels on assignment with husband Chris, directing photo
shoots for the magazine as well as contributing editorial coverage
